gr99 Terms and Conditions

Section 1General Terms

gr99 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", or "gr99") is an online betting and casino service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") define the legal agreement between gr99 and the user of the platform ("Member" or "you").

These Terms are written in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. By using gr99's website, app, or any of its services, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

gr99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Section 2Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on gr99, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. gr99 services are strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.
• You must open an account in your own name — operating an account on behalf of another person is not allowed.
• You must confirm that online betting services are not legally prohibited in your area.
• You are mentally capable and are using this service of your own free will.
• gr99 reserves the right to close or restrict the account of any specific person, particularly if they violate the responsible gaming policy.

Section 3Account Registration

When creating an account on gr99, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Opening an account with false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

3.1 One Member, One Account

Each individual may create only one account. Holding multiple accounts under the same person's name ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. In such cases, all related accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. gr99 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

Section 4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on gr99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Our supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. It is recommended that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same. Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.

gr99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal for verification purposes in the case of a suspicious transaction. The member will be notified if additional information or documents are required.

Section 5Bonuses & Promotions

gr99 offers various types of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Conditions

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times — calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus combined).

Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if wagering is not completed within the validity period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering has been completed.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active, unless otherwise stated.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, gr99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• gr99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

Section 6Betting Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

gr99 sets minimum and maximum betting limits, which may vary across different games and markets. Information on specific limits can be found on the relevant game or market page.

6.2 Cancelled & Disputed Bets

If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded. If incorrect odds are published due to a technical error or human mistake, gr99 reserves the right to void that bet.

6.3 Settlement of Results

All bet results will be determined according to recognized official sources. In the event of any dispute, gr99's decision will be considered final. If you notice any discrepancy in bet settlement, please notify the support team within 24 hours.

Section 7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gr99 platform:

• Operating or accessing an account using another person's identity.
• Using fraudulent techniques or software (bots, scripts, automated tools).
• Abusing the bonus system — collecting bonuses from multiple accounts or placing coordinated bets.
• Collusion (attempting to control outcomes by making unfair arrangements with other players).
• Attempting to exploit platform security vulnerabilities or attempting to hack the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Harassing, intimidating, or attempting to harm other members.
• Impersonating a gr99 staff member or representative.

Section 8Account Suspension & Closure

gr99 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide documents required for verification.
• Suspicion or evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.
• Prolonged inactivity of the account.
• A voluntary closure request by the member.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Section 9Limitation of Liability

gr99 does not bear any liability for the following:

• Losses caused by service interruptions due to internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Loss to a member's account or funds as a result of third-party actions (hacking, phishing).
• The outcome of bets cancelled mid-way due to network issues.
• Mental distress or other harm resulting from financial losses incurred through gaming.

gr99 strives to maintain the highest service standards as a secure and reliable platform. However, it is not possible to guarantee that any online service will be 100% uninterrupted. The service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance periods.

The English version of these Terms is the original — in the event of any ambiguity, this version shall be considered authoritative.
